Presented annually by the Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa (PRISA), the PRISM Awards aim to recognise public relations and communications campaigns across Southern Africa that demonstrate sound strategy, creative flair and measurable impact.

The ceremony was held at the Indaba Hotel, Spa and Conference Centre in Fourways, Johannesburg, on Saturday, 24 October. The awards aimed to celebrate standout work across diverse disciplines, including corporate reputation, public sector communications, healthcare, technology, education and environmental sustainability, says Flow.

Flow was also honoured as the Best Large Public Relations Consultancy, retaining the top agency accolade it won in 2022, 2024 and 2025.

"We are delighted with this recognition," says Tara Turkington, CEO of Flow. "Every trophy reflects the hard work, strategic depth and creative energy of our team of Flowstars. Most importantly, we share this honour with our visionary clients, who trust us to tell their stories, build meaningful brands and safeguard their reputations across Africa and beyond."

"The calibre of work across our industry improves with every passing year. Winning awards across 13 different clients — spanning non-profit community drives to global scientific and healthcare initiatives — is proof of Flow's versatility, bench strength and consistent delivery," says Tiffany Turkington-Palmer, Managing Director of Flow.
